Over the last few weeks we’ve been making a number of major changes to our system and how it works. The most visible of these for most people is the ordering process. We’ve simplified it to make it easier and quicker to place your orders and you can now place orders for the special tools online as well as your appraisal licences.
If you look at the top of your screen you’ll see a link called My Cart – click this and you’ll be taken to the shopping area. It works much like a standard online shopping cart and you check out as normal. you can either pay online with your card or you can choose to be invoiced and pay offline. If you choose to pay offline you will be able to start your appraisals immediately but you won’t be able to download any completed reports until the invoice has been paid.
