Project Administration
While the Appraisal360 system is very easy to use, running a 360° feedback project does take time and some of our customers prefer us to do it for them.
Premium Administered Service
We will agree a plan and time frame, then manage the online part of the project on your behalf, in line with your agreed rollout schedule. This helps to ensure your 360° feedback project fits into the timetable of your larger corporate development plans where appropriate.
These services can be agreed on an individual basis and would typically include:
- Set up of individual 360s
- Ensuring that the agreed mix of respondents are entered
- Monitoring the progress of participants
- Sending reminders to appraisee and respondents 3 times then refer to organisation to take action
- Liaise with appraisee over any bounced email addresses
- Downloading completed reports and forwarding them to the identified contact
- Project overview to the client at agreed time intervals (usually fortnightly) with any actions required.
- Identified liaison within Appraisal360 admin team.
