360 Appraisals for Beginners – New Practitioner Workshops for Businesses
Businesses throughout the UK can learn more about how 360 degree appraisals can benefit their company at a new workshop taking place in Stratford-upon-Avon this month.
Our new practitioner workshop is designed to give learning and development professionals and HR managers the confidence and knowledge to successfully introduce 360 degree feedback in their companies.
The workshop is designed to be an invaluable starting point which explains in practical and hands-on terms exactly how the system can work within different businesses and sectors, and how it benefits employees.
Richard Oppenheimer, founder of Appraisal360, said: “Many HR professionals are aware that 360 appraisals can be useful, but don’t really understand in full detail how it works and how a well-run appraisal system can positively affect the performance of the company overall.
“360 appraisals are used in many sectors, including financial, banking and the NHS, but it can be applied to practically any business of any size. The workshop will help both those who are new to this type of appraisal, and those who already use it but want to know more about applications for resulting data and how to further their investment.”
Appraisal360’s software system allows companies to conduct 360 appraisals completely online, and offers unique ‘Profiler’ tools that allow businesses to personalise questionnaires to fit company needs. All feedback, which is anonymous and confidential, is automatically tabulated by the system, saving time and resources and giving HR departments at-a-glance snapshots of employee assessments.
Appraisal360 also offers companies the ability to brand the software so it fits in with their existing internal communication. The new workshop takes place on Tuesday 12 October and places are now fully booked.
