Only a third of 360 projects have lasting positive impact. Whether you are delivering 360 feedback to your own organisation or to your clients make sure you are in that third. Done badly 360 feedback causes harm. This Facilitator Training is designed to help you run top quality 360 feedback projects with your clients or organisation.
As you’d expect we are passionate believers in the value of 360 feedback, but the projects have to be run properly. This means organisational engagement, proper planning, the right questionnaire, a good online tool and most of all effective facilitation of the feedback. This way you can really get organisational learning, a motivated workforce and all the other positive outcomes attributed to 360 feedback. If you want one the remaining places act now
Organisations want development interventions that are related to their work, where they can see what they’re getting and where there is some future planing in terms of continued learning. 360 degree feedback is perfect for this.
Because it’s real information, from real people whose opinions matter, about actual impact and performance.
Companies use it for individual and organisational development, as well as for identifying further development interventions. This makes 360 feedback one of the most popular tools in business. It’s used in many different sectors, our current client base ranges from large corporates, to small businesses, the NHS, the police, local authorities, education and the voluntary sector. Within this you’ll find most industry groups, finance, law, construction, retail; I could go on but you get the drift. What ever your niche or specialism it is likely there is a demand for 360 feedback among your existing or potential client group.
If you are in HR, L&D or coaching, 360 feedback could be an essential part of your toolkit.
