Thank you for filling in your self perception questionnaire.

You now need to register your details so that you can choose your respondents and complete the 360 feedback process. If you do not register now then the answers to the questionnaire you just filled in will be lost.

When you have saved your details we will send you an email to verify your email address and activate your account. So make sure that your email address is accurate or you will not be able to log into the system.

Also please make sure that you have given a telephone number (including the country code if you are a non-UK customer) - so that we can contact you in the event of difficulties.

The email will be sent from activation@appraisal360.co.uk and the subject will be 'Please activate your Appraisal360 account'. If it does not arrive within a few seconds please check your spam filter.
