Appraisal360 works by gathering the opinions of a number of people.  A series of carefully structured questions prompt you to assess your skills in a number of key areas.  Six other people are then asked to answer the same set of questions - which are then compiled into a feedback report.  The respondants cannot be identified in the report. Appraisal360 offers the opportunity for people to give confidential feedback in a safe environment.

By using a sophisticated web-based system, Appraisal360 generates your personal feedback report automatically, highlighting differences between your self perception and how others see you.  Critical areas for self-development are often highlighted.  You will be sent an action planner to work through in your own time.  The pressure of face to face feedback is removed.  You choose who, if anyone, sees the results.
