Your Appraisal360 - 360 degree feedback report explained.
We know that your report is central to helping you get the best from the 360 degree feedback process and we think that clear and simple is best. So your report has been set out to make it as easy to use and interprete as the rest of the Appraisal360 system. We think it's important that you can really feel what people are saying to you and not to lose the message by attempting too much clever analysis.
So your online report is in three straightforward sections:
- Competency Summary - shows how your self perception matches up with what others say for each of the main competencies.
- Competency Detail - breaks down each competency and shows individual feedback scores against each question.
- Free Type Questions - where you can read the comments that other people have made and compare them against your own thoughts
Each report comes along with a companion workbook which:
- Explains the 360 feedback process and how to get the best from it
- Tells you how to operate the system
- Helps you to interprete your report
- Has action planners to help you plan how best to use your feedback
Your report is available online as soon as the last questionnaire has been completed - and it's printer friendly so you can print it straight off your browser if you wish. You can download a sample from here. You can also export the data into an Excel spreadsheet if you want to work on it some more. And because it's generated online you can update it at any time. If you want to add an additional respondent into the mix you can - and your report will be re-generated once he or she has completed the questionnaire.
